IN the age of globalization, everybody has to adapt some single language if they still want to be competitive. IN most parts of the world, that language would be English. IN Latin America, however, it's more Spanish.
Unfortunately, this has also resulted to the speedy extinction of our native languages, which is inherently part of our culture. SO what is Bolivia doing to promote its native languages?
