In order to establish the borders of a future National Park of which would officially have been declared as such on the twenty first day in September, 1995, via the Supreme Decree 24123, the government of this Andean country had hired a team of experts back in the year 1992.
The situation at hand had ensued, not very long after a report that came from Conservation International in 1990.
This particular report had simply recognized Bolivia's most diverse, as well as humid forest, in the Madidi region.
