Peace and democracy may come once again to Bolivia, but this, according to the writer of the following article, was not pushed through the help of the United States. According to the author, the Bolivian congress initiated this on its own.Good for Bolivia--but why is the accusing the United States of funding rebel groups? I dunno. Maybe she has basis. Or not. The United States of America is the most influential country in the world and though they're influence may seem to project a positive image to the rest of the globe, some countries think otherwise. Bolivia is one of this country as the country's president, Evo Morales exposed the alleged US intervention in the destabilization of the Morales' administration.
