Remember the post here I made about some Bolivian recipes? I know they are quite few (I think there are only three) that's why I have here another recipe that you'll probably love. It's not exclusively Bolivian, though. It's called Aji de Lentejas (Bolivian spicy lentil stew).Well, according to this website, all you'll need are some hot peppers, onions, tomatoes, garlic, parsley, lentils, olive oil, salt, pepper, water, and lime. They're not exactly difficult to find, aren't they? Link: Vegetarian Recipes Around the World - Aji de Lentejas (Bolivian spicy lentil stew)

One of the key, if not THE key, indicators if a country is already developed is its efficiency in curbing poverty.Unfortunately, by this indicator, Bolivia is definitely not a developed nation. In fact, Bolivia is considered one of the poorest and least developed nations in South America. Over the years, a variety of programs have already been launched by both government and non-government institutions to help the Bolivians eat three times a day. See them here.
