Beware of the water you drink in La Paz. A recent study shows that the La Paz River of La Paz, Bolivia, is contaminated with Enteropathogenic Bacteria, a bacteria strain that causes diarrhea. This is probably the reason why there has been so much cases of diarrhea in the area. It is best if you will only drink mineral water.
