Bolivia, during the recent years have experienced a lot of changes, economically and culturally. Many tourists and foreign visitors have sprawled the country leaving the native/locals and indigenous people somewhat left out of the party.
That is why the government is now making programs and ways on how to bridge them. These people, for example those in Gran Chaco are living on isolated places and gives the government a reason to negotiate with them to discuss topics about their role in the country and those illegal activities that is happening around their territory.
