Bolivian Candidate caught on Drunk Drving Sentenced to Make Bricks as Punishment

AP reports of a Bolivian candidate punished to make 1,000 adobe bricks, his sentence for dunk driving under the community justice backed by the pro-indigenous government. The punishment was a part of Bolivia's constitution, allowing community justice punishment traditionally by Indian Communities to their fellow Indian offender

Bolivia Plans their First Wind Farm

In February, in a event organized by Sustainable Agriculture Producers Association of Oilseeds and Wheat (ANAP), Vice Minister of Science and Technology - Roger Carvajal announced that the country have plans to build the first wind farms.
