What difference does becoming a resident and a citizen could be? After two year of being a resident in Bolivia you can file a petition for citizenship or what they call naturalization. Being a citizen means you want to be tied to responsibilities of the people in that country. Having the right to vote, have documents under their law, like birth certificate, or a passport etc. A forum thread, on the link below, show more details about the processes, rights, and more. Does anyone know of other hotels made of unusual construction materials. I know of a resort in Switzerland made from hewn blocks of ice. It is a winter hotel, in the summer the snow melts and they break it down and wait for winter again to build it up once more. The walls are beautifully carved and decorated, and it is furnished of course so you can stay the night. Link: Bolivia: A hotel worth its salt - Travel - NZ Herald Ne
